Problems needing attention during water absorption operation of sprinkler

1. If the water source is shallow, it is necessary to dig deeper at the suction point in advance to ensure that it does not contain sundries and air. The clean water pump requires that there shall be no impurities in the water, and the turbid water pump requires that there shall be no stones or a large amount of sediment in the water.

2. A certain amount of water must be added into the centrifugal pump before each suction. When the self-priming pump is used for the first time, it needs to add water diversion, and then it does not need to add water diversion.

3. When absorbing water, the water inlet pipe system must maintain a certain vacuum, and the water inlet pipe system must be sealed reliably to avoid air leakage.

4. The power take-off device must be engaged when the sprinkler is stopped, whether before water absorption or watering.

5. Before winter comes, the water in the water pump and water pipe shall be vented.

As a functional vehicle, the sprinkler needs to be used continuously for a long time, so the maintenance of the sprinkler is particularly important. Only when the maintenance of the sprinkler is done properly can the service life of the vehicle be extended, so we must not ignore its maintenance.
